Not your grandma's picnic! We've taken your classic park picnic and made it a luxe and whimsical experience for you and those in your life. Whether it's a birthday party, date night, wedding shower, or even just because.
A low-key, low-stress and memorable experience, it's as easy as picking a day, a location (indoor or outdoor), your design theme (we have two preset options, because I understand how tough it can be to make a decision sometimes), and any extras. Then just show up with your party, and enjoy some games, maybe even some food and drinks, and definitely have a good time! Keep reading for more information.

WHAT'S INCLUDED IN YOUR BASE PICNIC
All picnics are set at a base starting price of $249 CAD (plus tax) for a two hour set-up. This includes all the cozy luxe decor you could imagine, any dining ware you need, a couple of different card games, and a table set for four people.
One bottle of sparkling water is provided for every two guests joining the festivities! Still water can be substituted as well if you're not a bubbly water person.

We require a 50% deposit up front on base picnics to secure your date, and the final 50% one week before your event.
PICNIC ADD ONS
- We love to visit new places, but please note there may be a small travel fee based on where you book your picnic, please reach out for more info.

-Each additional guest is $30 per person. We can comfortably sit 8, but have had and can accommodate having 10 adults sit at the table
(its a bit squishy).
​
-Food can be added on (please reach out for cost and options), or you're welcome to bring your own food/snacks and we can provide everything you need to eat it! We are able to accommodate gluten sensitive diets, but not dairy free at this time.
​
-We love a friendly game of corn hole, we have it as a $25 add on as well! (we have to bring the BIG truck if we bring the yard games is all)

-Fresh florals, mini photo sessions and more can be added on.

Any additions may be added up to one week before your picnic.
We don't have rain plans, but we do have a cancellation and rescheduling policy!

Rescheduling
If your outdoor event has to be rescheduled due to weather, please give us a call at least 12 hours before your set picnic time, and we will make our best efforts to reschedule to the next best date for you and your group (we can also attempt to move to an indoor area). Otherwise, you may rebook your picnic any time within the calendar year of your original picnic.

We can reschedule your reservation date (subject to availability) one time without penalty up to 72 hours before your luxury picnic event. After one complimentary reschedule, a small fee will occur. Reschedules must happen within the same calendar year as original picnic date.
​
Cancellations
Final payment of your picnic is due one week prior to your event.
​
As sad as this makes us, we know that sometimes we have to change plans. We ask you to call us to cancel at least 72 hours before your picnic is scheduled to receive a partial refund of your picnic. Cancellations will not receive a refund within the 72 hour window of your picnic. As we have held your date and turned down other events to do so.
Due to our high number of bookings for weddings and picnics, deposits are refundable only if canceled 8 days or more before your scheduled picnic, before your final payment is made.

Once the picnic is set up, we cannot cancel or reschedule.
